Sesam Falafel in Munich

The two stars for the friendly service and the salad. If this is the best falafel shop in town, I feel sorry for everyone in Munich. I've been to the Middle East a lot, but nothing like falafel has been found anywhere. Not to mention the bread. Probably baked at night and delivered early. Then it's just a tough, thin cloth in the evening.

Best of the best ?

Sesame Falafel has the best falafel sandwiches I've ever had. The babaganoush and hummus are great too. The guys who work there are very nice. There is also a stamp card, which is very worthwhile for falafel fans.

Unfortunately, we cannot understand all the good reviews. we both had a shawarma sandwich for a proud € 8.90 each. The sandwich was unfortunately not really warm (it is only heated briefly after it has been topped) and there was very, very little meat on it. For the price we really would have expected more. It didn't convince us in terms of taste either. As a native of Berlin, I'm probably too spoiled by the Berlin shawarma. Pity...

Most of the taste is a pleasure here. The portions are an appealing and filling dimension, the chairs are extremely comfortable and I find the distance between the tables extremely appropriate. There you don't get the feeling of having dinner like sardines in a can. The waiter was straightforward, cared for and worked nicely. My husband and I also think the prices are completely fair.

Ate falafel sandwich here and I really liked it. The shop is clean and the staff are very friendly. The selection of the trimmings on the sandwich is also good. In addition, the price-performance ratio fits. Gladly again :)

Very tasty authentic falafel shop at fair prices. The portions are also generous and you don't skimp on the bread. However, the good reputation ensures that you usually have to wait a relatively long time and the shop is always well attended. Ordering in advance saves a lot of time in most cases, especially at lunchtime.

Really delicious food at a fair price! Staff always super friendly and funny, food freshly and quickly prepared in front of your eyes. Sometimes there may be waiting times, for example if there is a lot going on at noon.
